  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do via DHL. 

  • Do you do same-day deliveries?

Same-day deliveries are only available for Rizal and Metro Manila area from 10AM to 6PM PHT. 

You can book your same-day delivery orders via our website. Go to Shop All > Select the item/s you'd like to order > Fill-out your contact details > Select "Pickup" for Shipping option > Proceed to check-out > Process payment via bank fund transfer or Gcash > Email us the proof of payment at > Patiently wait for the email confirmation > Book a courier to pickup the item > Receive your order.

  • What courier do you use?

Gogo Express or J&T Express

  • How many days will it take to be delivered?

For pre-order items, we would be needing 7-10 days for preparation and shipment. For Metro Manila and Rizal area, shipping are 1-3 days, Luzon area is 1-5 days. For Visayas that’s 5-7 days, and 7-10 days for Mindanao. The shipment schedule may change during sale days and change of weather (ex. typhoon). 

  • Do you have a shopee account?

  • How can I request for return and exchange?

Return and exchange request is only applicable when: 

  • Wrong size or shade received

Return and refund request is only applicable when:

  • Wrong size or product received

  • Incomplete and missing item

  • There are major product issues such as (zipper got broke, zipper not working, major print damage that includes ruined design due to print)


  • Return and exchange and return and refund is not applicable for nipple pasties, bosom cake and hair remover. These products are considered personal products and is not applicable for this request for hygienic purposes.

The request is only valid within seven (7) days upon receiving the order. Kindly send us a message on Facebook to process request.
